The directors and compliance officer of the company redressed the complaint personally.Proper system is in place to get client feedback on matters like receipt of contract notes, trade confirmation, SOA, margin statement etc. Concerned Branch head reports to head office all the details of cheque received from clients and ensure properly accounting in the respective client ledger from head office. The trading member has maintained only one back office software. We have not any POA to operate the Client Bank Account but clients have given the POA to operate there demat account only for Pay-In Obligation.
